Alistair Quak


Alistair is a film director whose love for cinema, at the behest of his parents (who would rather he do something more "profitable"), propelled him into this addiction, most call filmmaking.

His short films have travelled to various festivals around the globe, most notably "Tape" (2024), his latest short film, which was an official selection for Slamdance Film Festival.
His short film "Henchmen" (2021), travelled to various genre festivals around the globe, making it's mark at Fantasia Film Festival, where it got a Special Jury Mention.
Other noteworthy works include his short film "Dark" (2023), a survival thriller, which was selected to screen at Fantasia Film Festival and also SXSW Sydney.
