Corey Andrews is a Nova Scotia based filmmaker and lifelong horror enthusiast. After developing an early passion for the genre, he began pursuing filmmaking in his twenties. Self-taught and originally rooted in music, Corey honed his visual storytelling skills through years of creating low-budget music videos, gaining hands-on experience in cinematography, lighting, editing, and post-production.
In 2026, he released his debut horror short, The Treatment & The Cure, an homage to 1980s horror cinema. Largely self-produced, the film reflects his multidisciplinary background and marks his transition into narrative filmmaking.
