Charles C. Richer

Charles C. Richer graduated from Champlain College in 2016 with a degree in Creative Arts with a specialization in Film, and from Concordia University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialization in Video. With a passion for writing, he wrote and directed several short films during his studies, including the final short of his Cégep program entitled: Extra Credit. During the pandemic, he launched the Stout Un Film Podcast. The show combines his passion for film and microbrewery beer. Go Fork Yourself is his first festival work.

Bianca / Kerstin Caderas / Zemp

Bianca Caderas (1990) from Basel and Kerstin Zemp (1993) from Lucerne, successfully completed their Bachelor in Animation 2D at the Lucerne School of Art & Design in 2017 with their short film „Living Like Heta“ (co-directed with Isabella Luu). Their graduation film was shown at numerous animation festivals around the world, including SHORTSHORTS (Tokyo), Animafest (Zagreb) and Warsaw Film Festival. „Living Like Heta‘‘ received the High Swiss Risk Award at Fantoche 2017 and was awarded the Innerschweizer Filmpreis in 2019. Both moved abroad for several years after graduating: Bianca to Hamburg for her film studies and Kerstin worked in Ireland as a freelance illustrator and animator. In 2020, Bianca comple- ted her writer-director’s film „Jeroboam“, which was made in collaboration with Kerstin. „Matta and Matto“ 2023 is their second short film, which they directed together.

Corey is a 2D, 3D, Stop Motion animator and compositor, who grew up in New Jersey and was inspired by the more "Weird" side of animation. Creating cartoons since they were 12 years old, Corey studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design to further expand their abilities in creating wacky and weird animations for mostly big kids to enjoy.

Benjamin Capps

Award winning filmmaker and stop motion animator Benjamin Capps came to Chicago after receiving his degree in Theatre from the University of Missouri, Columbia. While an undergraduate, Benjamin founded The Inner Below in order to produce his own experimental theatre, with an emphasis on expanding on Antonin Artaud's theories of Theatre of Cruelty.

Having written, directed, produced and acted in numerous stage-productions, Benjamin transitioned to film-making, now having made ten short-films. His current focus is Retro Science Fiction, Body Horror and Stop Motion experimentation. Additionally, he has been a professional musician for over twenty five years.
